Arden Realty, Inc. , a Los Angeles-based office real estate investment trust, today reported Funds From Operations for the second quarter of 2005 of $42.3 million or $0.62 per share on a fully diluted basis, compared with FFO of $40.9 million or $0.61 per share on a fully diluted basis for the second quarter of 2004.
